🔑 Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό

Υποστήριξη προσλήψεων (αγγελίες, συνεντεύξεις, επικοινωνία με υποψηφίους).
Υποστήριξη μισθοδοσίας & ασφαλιστικών διαδικασιών.
Διαχείριση αρχείων προσωπικού και HRIS.

Finance & Accounting

Καταχώριση παραστατικών και λογιστικών εγγραφών.
Συμφωνίες λογαριασμών και επικοινωνία με Πελάτες/Προμηθευτές/Τράπεζες.
Υποστήριξη στη δημιουργία οικονομικών αναφορών.
Υποστήριξη σε θέματα Φορολογίας Εισοδήματος και Mydata.

🎯 Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή Human Resources
Απαραίτητη γνώση μισθοδοσίας και εργατικού Δίκαιου
3ετη εμπειρία σε μηχανογραφημένο λογιστήριο κ βιβλία Γ Κατηγορίας με γνώση Λογιστικών και Φορολογικών διαδικασιών.
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και αγγλικών.
Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, εμπιστευτικότητα και ομαδικότητα.
Επιθυμητή γνώση ERP ή HRIS συστημάτων.
Άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος φοροτεχνικού Α Τάξης.

I started working for Resilux 11 years ago as Financial Controller.

Today my responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of our financial figures and overseeing the Finance Department workload. In particular, I must monitor raw material margins and sales prices on a daily basis and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting to both our local and Group organization. Overall I contribute towards the Group’s goal of financial sustainability and growth.
